| Terms and Conditions: | |
| 1 | To secure the booking, a 50% deposit is required. |
| 2 | The balance of the charter fee must be paid 4 weeks before the charter start date. |
| 3 | A security deposit of 4,000 Euros must be paid at the charter start date which will be refunded at the end of the charter providing yacht is returned in the same condition it was handed over. This can be paid in cash or by credit card. |
| 4 | At the charter start date the vessel will be supplied with fuel tanks full. It must be returned the same way. The cost of fuel etc. remains with the charterer. |
| 5 | If for any reason the vessel is returned late or damaged charges will apply and be deducted from the security deposit. See main contract details. |
| 6 | No animals or pets are allowed on the yacht. |
| 7 | The yacht is non-smoking. |
| 8 | In the event of a breakdown through no fault of the charter client, the company has 48 hours to repair or replace the vessel with one of similar quality. If this is not possible the charterer has the right to withdraw from the contract and the total charter fee will be returned and further claims for compensation by the charterer are excluded. |
